HR Administrator

£24000 Stoke on Trent, ST13

We are recruiting for a HR Administrator to join our well established, progressive and employee focused client in the Stoke on Trent area.
- Responsible for maintaining HR records and producing reports, i.e. sickness, new recruits, amendments to contracts
- Dealing with recruitment including arranging interviews, inductions and liaising with HR Controller, line managers and agencies
- Performance management
- Holiday and absence logging
- Succession planning for key roles within the organisation
- Identifying and developing talent within the company to enable continuity of Operations
- Own and manage the car hire and travel processes
- Purchase consumables/ Services and maintain stock levels
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have a passion to learn and develop within a HR Role
- Minimum 2 years administrative/ clerical experience
- Be receptive to feedback and looking to learn new skills

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8.45am until 5pm

**Salary**: £24000

**Job Type**: Full time, Permanent

This role is commutable from Stoke on Trent, Brown Edge, Leek, Buxton, Ashbourne, Wetley Rocks, Cheddleton, Endon, Werrington, Cheadle, Congleton, Biddulph, Sneyd Green, Rudyard.
