- We have an opportunity with a fantastic firm in Birmingham City Centre. Acting as the primary office coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration within the office. We are seeking individuals with experience within the following responsibilities:
Management of meeting room schedules including setting up and monitoring usage
Handling of post as well as confidential information professionally
- Management of all in-house filing systems on behalf of the business
- Usage of case management systems and assistance with billing administrator
- Able to work effectively as part of a team whilst being able to act upon own initiative
- This is an exciting permanent full-time opportunity in a fast-paced professional environment You will ideally possess experience in a professional office environment. This role is fully office based Monday to Friday 9.30am until 5.30pm.
