**What We're Looking for in a Customer Relationship Executive**:

- Proven experience in addressing customer complaints related to products.
- A strong passion for customer service.
- Track record of improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Positive and self-motivated attitude.

**Key Responsibilities as Customer Relationship Executive**:

- Delivering an outstanding customer experience, highlighting our commitment to high-quality brand standards.
- Manage and respond to customer complaints, feedback, and reviews.
- Liaise with customers to obtain further information, ensuring top-class service is provided.
- Maintain documentation for all processes.
- Work towards personal and company targets.
- Drive continuous improvement within the company.

**Salary: Starting salary of £21,000-£25,000 (DOE) + Bonus Scheme OTE £30K**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
