Bramah HR is recruiting for an HR advisor to join a unique organisation based in central London. Offering hybrid working this is an employee relations focused role which would be ideal for an experienced advisor to manage and advise on all ER casework across the organisation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage employee relations case work from inception through to resolution.
- Assist department heads with Employee relations casework and advise on best practice.
- Provide advice to employees directly on employee relations queries.
- Assist the wider HR team with HR related administration tasks as required.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and employee contracts
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

**Skills**:

- CIPD level 3 or 5 desirable.
- Proven experience managing employee relations case work.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 14 months

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£31,000.00 per year
