Job Description:
We are seeking two individuals to provide high-quality customer service to both internal and external customers through various contact channels, including telephony, email, social media, and web chat.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver excellent customer service.
* Maintain and develop knowledge and skills to support first-contact resolution for customer inquiries.
* Actively participate as part of the Customer Service team to manage customer contact.

Experience:
* Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, capable of meeting targets and deadlines under daily pressure.
* Experience in handling difficult customers and maintaining professionalism in resolving their concerns/meeting their needs.
