Mosaic Spa and Health Clubs have been operating health clubs and day spas for 35 years across the UK. Imagine Spa, located within Park Farm Hotel, Hethersett is looking for a bright, enthusiastic Spa receptionist/host to join our team. It is vital that you have good IT and communication skills and some previous experience of reception/host work. This is a very fast-paced and demanding role so you must be someone who thrives under pressure and is happy to work using your own initiative. Although not essential an interest in health & beauty combined with a love of providing outstanding customer service would make the job much more enjoyable.

The duties will include:

- Delivering all aspects of our customer journey, promoting high service standards within the spa at all times and within company guidelines.
- Deal efficiently and courteously with Spa bookings both in person and on the telephone.
- Liaising with the hotel F&B team making reservations for packages including food & service of food.
- Ensuring cleanliness standards are maintained at all times throughout the spa.
- Administer the daily financial records including the banking and keep the reconciliation sheet up to date.
- Generate reports as requested by the Spa Manager to analysis the performance of the spa.

The hours are between 24 and 40 hours per week and would involve working weekends on a rotation. Rate of pay is dependent upon experience and will be discussed at interview.
