**IT Service Desk Analyst (12 Month FTC)**
**Location**: Mark Lane, London
**Package**: £Negotiable + Benefits
We're strengthening our IT Team with the addition of a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to deal with the day to day requests across the group.
You'll be working as part of a small team managing everything from password reset requests through to assisting with setting up Video conferences in the board rooms.
This is a highly business facing role and you'll have interactions with everyone from the Receptionist through to the CEO.
**The Day to Day**:
- Triage and resolution of tickets coming into the desk
- Categorisation and escalation of tickets to 2nd/3rd line support teams or our MSP
- Supporting Hardware, OS and Software Issues in a Windows EUC environment
- Supporting Mobile Devices
- Assisting with and troubleshooting meeting room technologies (Teams, Zoom, Google Meet)
- Escalating 2nd / 3rd line issues to our MSP

**About you**:
- You'll have previous hands on experience in handling 1st Line issues couple with exposure to Service Management Tools
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
- Experience working in an Microsoft RDS Environment
- Working knowledge of DHCP/DNS - Broadband, Routers, Firewalls & Switches
- Comfortable working with Windows 10, iOS and Android
- Your skill set should also include strong Communication, influencing, problem solving and IT Skills.
