**Your new role**
Our client is a Local Authority seeking are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Social Worker to join the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) based South Wales - Children & Young People's Services. You will be enthusiastic, passionate, and dedicated SocialWorkers to join our busy front-line teams, whilst making solid progress towards aims of achieving quality, effectively managing risk, and supporting children, young people and their families to make a difference to their lives and improve their wellbeing sothey have the best start in life. You will be accumulating devise care & support plans with their carers and families to identify what matters to them. Your focus is to build on the assets of individuals within their own communities. You will be achievingthis in Hybrid Working style (with the option to work remotely) together.

The setting is a dynamic and professional workforce within a service that strives for excellence and supports its employees to achieve their potential.We are proud to have a strong and stable management team; training and supporting staff remains a high priority and average caseloads per Social Worker continue to be low. CMHT is a well-established multi-disciplinary team, comprising of Social Workers CommunityPsychiatric Nurses, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, Consultant Psychiatric and staff grade doctors.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- DBS
- BA (Hons) Social Work, Dipsw, CQSW
- Ability to identify appropriate outcome-based interventions following assessment of need.
- Proven ability of managing complex cases
- Access to own transport
- Experience of working as a social worker with people with a disability and their carers
**What you'll get in return**
- £30,984 - £38,553 per annum
- Hybrid Working style (with the option to work remotely)
