The IDD service (Intellectual Disability Service) is looking for a confident and efficient receptionist to join their team on a fixed term contract. This will be to provide a welcoming and confidential reception service to the IDD Outpatient Department and Medical team as well as working within wider IDD Administration team.

The role is to cover a secondment until April 2024 and is part-time 3 days a week 8.30 - 4.30pm. Working days would ideally be Monday - Wednesday, or Tuesday - Thursday but must include a Wednesday.

This is a customer facing role that requires the postholder to provide a comprehensive and efficient reception service for the department. this could include maintaining patient related records / databases making appointments and preparing correspondence

- Photocopying / scanning and general office duties
- Dealing with any health and safety issues and ensuring these are reported and rectified
