Agincare are recruiting an **Apprentice Administrative Co-ordinator** who will be based in our **Nottingham** **Domiciliary branch.**

**About the Role**

The role of an **Apprentice Administrative Co-Ordinator **is to ensure that accurate, up to date administration of systems and processes are implemented, maintained and to be responsible for them in all day to day operations. Duties and responsibilities as listed below are not exhaustive but include:

- Answering the phone in a welcoming and efficient manner
- Diary co-ordination
- Open and distributing mail
- Preparing and sending outgoing mail
- Keeping legible, accurate and detailed records
- Effective communication skills

**This role would be ideal for a school leaver who is interested in a career in Administration.**

**About You**

You do not need to have any experience, but basic IT skills would be beneficial. It is important to have a good level of motivation, education and the ability to work co-operatively and effectively within part of a team. Time management and reliability are important as you will be working in a fast paced environment which requires meeting regular deadlines.
