**The role**

The firm is seeking to hire an Employment Senior Associate / Partner to join the firm's office based in the heart of the West End of London.

You will deal with a high-quality caseload for the firm's affluent client base. You will work as part of a close-knit, friendly employment team. This will be a varied caseload making for an interesting role, the caseload will include, but not limited to; contentious and non-contentious work, Settlement agreements, dismissals, restrictive covenants, senior executive, discrimination, disciplinary, restructuring, TUPE and corporate support.

**Requirements**:

- You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding PQE)
- You should have experience in business development and building professional relationships resulting in you generating business
