**Employment Senior Associate Solicitor - Up to £180,000 salary - REF 542118AW**

**The Role**

This award-winning, multi-service firm is growing their Employment team and have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate Solicitor to assist with the continued growth and success of the practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a thriving Employment practice, where you will work with High Net Worth Individuals on sensitive, commercial issues and help develop this growth area.
- A Qualified Solicitor with least 10+ year PQE or equivalent is essential
- Experience advising on employment issues - preferably with more contentious than non-contentious work
- A background in a recognised employment practice, ideally with experience of working on board-level issues
- An interest in changing markets and willingness to learn how to build a practice and offer a client centric approach
- Strong client relationship and business-development skills
- A high level of professionalism and integrity
