**Who are Loans Warehouse?**
Loans Warehouse is a well-established provider of finance for residential and commercial properties.
We are a brokerage based in Watford, offering regulated first and second-charge mortgages on residential and buy-to-let properties.
We were established in 2006 by our two Directors. The company has continued to grow year on year and now has 30 employees. We are an award-winning company nominated by clients, industry experts, and professionals, having won 50 awards over the last 15 years.
Loans Warehouse is growing, and we are looking to employ several roles including an Administrator.

**Your role will involve**:
- Creating and issuing client mortgage documents
- Maintaining and updating various company reports
- Adding to our client database with completed mortgage details
- Banking and commission reconciliation
- Invoicing
- Holiday requests and allowance
- Office supplies procurement
- Ad hoc tasks required by Directors
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and discreet with sensitive company data
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office spread sheets and Google Docs. Especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Experience of producing written correspondence
- Natural organisational and time management skills
- Approachable and self-motivated
- Capable to work under pressure and toward deadlines to meet Company targets
A full-time permanent role based in our Watford office. Working from 9am until 5pm Monday to Thursday. Friday 9am until 5.30pm
