Talent Team Assistant - Hybrid

**Salary**: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
This is an amazing career opportunity for someone who is interested in start working within the Talent space for a reputable, well established, and supportive organisation. This temporary role is with a management consultancy and has the potential to go permanent.As Talent Team Assistant you will be supporting the Talent Team in London, specifically their activities in the selection and staffing of independent consultants. Our client is searching for someone with a minimum 1-year experience in a related role.
Talent Team Assistant Responsibilities:

- Assisting with selection and staffing, including scheduling of interviews, onboarding, and updating Salesforce
- Organising events for independent consultants and owning communication mail outs
- Providing additional business support including training other colleagues, providing cover for the Talent Team Assistant based in Amsterdam, and supporting special projects across the business
Talent Team Assistant Essentials:

- Highly proactive and a self-starter
- Naturally collaborative and motivated to help others be successful
- Able to juggle multiple tasks concurrently, to deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail
- Passionate about people - with a strong ability to connect with and build relationships with others
- Interested in learning about and developing skills in 'people operations' (e.g., with an interest in recruitment, professional development)
