Job Title: Senior Talent Agent

£40K to £55K

4 Days In Office, 1 Day WFH


Our client seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Agent to join their team. The Senior Talent Agent will play a key role in identifying, signing, and representing talent across various entertainment sectors, including film, television, music, digital media, and live performance. This role requires a strong industry network, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for nurturing talent and maximizing opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a roster of clients, providing strategic career guidance, negotiating contracts and deals, and advocating for their interests. Develop and execute tailored career plans for each client to maximize their potential and achieve their goals.
  • Secure and negotiate lucrative contracts, deals, and partnerships for clients, including film and television roles, recording contracts, brand endorsements, sponsorships, and live performance opportunities. Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and emerging opportunities to capitalize on new ventures and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including casting directors, producers, record labels, talent scouts, and media executives. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote clients and expand professional connections.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, agreements, and deals on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while protecting their interests and rights. Review and advise clients on contractual obligations, rights, and obligations.


Key Requirements

  • Previous experience working as a talent agent, talent manager, or within the entertainment or digital industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong negotiation skills and business acumen, with the ability to secure and close deals that benefit clients and the agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, industry professionals, and colleagues.
