Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized guidance and mentorship to nurture talent, refining their skills and elevating their performance capabilities.
  • Collaborate with artists to develop unique personas, brands, and signature styles that resonate with audiences across various platforms.
  • Develop strategic career plans tailored to each presenter's strengths, interests, and aspirations, identifying opportunities for growth and diversification.
  • Negotiate contracts, appearance fees, and licensing agreements on behalf of talent, ensuring favourable terms and lucrative opportunities.
  • Advocate fiercely for talent interests, leveraging your industry expertise and network to secure high-profile engagements and endorsement deals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in talent representation, presenting, with a demonstrated track record of developing talent and securing opportunities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills coupled with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Strong understanding of media industry trends, production processes, and talent market dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with talent, industry professionals, and stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, branding, and audience engagement.
