Are you ready to give countless young people the opportunity to further their venture into adulthood using your skills and techniques to guide our learners aged 14 - 19 to a brighter future? We are looking for 3 inspirational Learning Support Workers who can support our students. We require an LSW in each of the following areas:

- Hair & Beauty
- Art
- Maths & English

We are looking for someone who is innovative in their approach to achieving the desired results for our learners, someone who can empower young people to see the importance of recognised qualifications as a foundation to a successful journey in life.

As such, you will work either one-to-one or in small groups supporting students with their education to ensure that the support is learner focussed, ensures vocational excellence, provides high quality learning and an outstanding student experience which reflects the principles of the curriculum.

You will need to be an empathetic and compassionate person who is passionate about providing a nurturing learning environment by helping students achieve their full potential.

You will be expected to work Monday to Friday during term-time within a full-time role (although it is possible to work part-time)

You will need to be safeguarding trained and to be able to fully understand the reporting process if you identify safeguarding concerns.

This role would be an ideal opportunity for a new entrant into the Learning Support profession although equally attractive to a more experienced colleague. We have a positive commitment to supporting Early Career and a comprehensive staff development programme. You will be assigned a personal mentor to support you in understanding and coping with your new role. If you do not currently hold a Learning Support qualification it will become a mandatory requirement for this post and must be achieved within 18 months.

This post is considered as Regulated Work with vulnerable children and/or protected adults, therefore Bridge Training follow a Safer Recruitment Policy and process, and the post will require an enhanced DBS.
