Our client is looking for a hands-on Purchaser who will be responsible for the procurement function within the company. You will help them deliver an excellent experience for their colleagues, supporting them in their day-to-day finance planning, purchasing, and interaction with suppliers. Your efforts will help colleagues make the best use of their resources while saving them time so they can focus on their jobs at hand.

**Purchaser Responsibilities**

As the Purchaser some of your duties will include:

- Managing all relevant purchasing activities
- Order placing; relevant supplier and material data control; implementing negotiation results
- Following the supply process
- Managing and control of logístical parameters; stock-level control; reordering process etc.
- Working closely with all departments across the company to meet their purchasing needs
- Working on cost reduction possibilities
- Providing support for international supplier management
- Analysing data and providing reports to demonstrate savings improvements and the benefit of change

**Purchaser Experience**
- Recent and dedicated purchasing experience within a similar role
- A University Degree, CIPS qualification or qualified by experience
- Proactive, self-motivated and results driven
- Trustworthy and confidential - an ability to use discretion when working with highly sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of third party logistics
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
- Must be self-organised and have an analytical, structured approach to work
- Ability to complete tasks against tight deadlines and experience of project management
- Share our vision, mission, and values - with enthusiasm and ideas to help us bring them to life
