**HELPDESK SUPPORT**

Our client is a leading travel provider with a global reach who provide unique and tailored travel services for both their clients and customers. **WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW**:
- Salary is between £25k to £28k DOE.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE HELPDESK SUPPORT’S DAY**:
- You will work within the Help Desk team providing software support and focussing on providing the best possible service.
- You will be the first point of contact for any customers who require assistance.
- Investigating technical queries and problems, working with XML and JSON files
- Assisting with UAT of new functionality, fixes, and upgrades.
- Communicate updates and fixes / resolutions to customers.
- Deliver high quality system updates through QA testing.
- Investigate fare and pricing related queries.
- Understanding the customer's businesses and how they use the products.

- Ideally have experience in a helpdesk role.
- Ideally have experience or knowledge of the travel industry, including fares, rules, pricing and booking (not essential as full training will be provided)
- You will be tech savvy / computer literate and be able to adapt to new systems and platforms with ease.
- You will be commercially astute.
- You will have exceptional customer service skills.
- You will have exceptional written communication skills.
- You will be highly accurate and able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
