About the Role:
We are looking for an IT Security Operations Expert to join our team at the Russell Taylor Group. As a key member of the Cyber Security Operations Team, you will be responsible for monitoring security threats and responding to incidents, as well as collaborating with the IT Infrastructure team to manage cyber security threats.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor Security Management system and provide timely responses to identified threats
• Provide first line support for Cyber Security matters and escalate issues to senior teams when necessary
• Collaborate with the Cyber Security Operations Team to develop and implement incident response plans

What You Need to Succeed:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Proven experience in IT Helpdesk support roles, preferably in a cybersecurity context
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of security solutions, including SIEM, EDR, NDR, and Firewalls
