English National Ballet is looking for a freelance Creative Director for its outstanding youth dance company, ENBYouthCo.
**Creative Director, ENBYouthCo**
This is an exciting role for a dance professional committed to nurturing the next generation of creative dancers. Your track record will include teaching class in ballet and contemporary styles and working collaboratively with guest choreographers and creatives. You will drive forward the objectives of the programme, seeking to develop each dancer’s potential, developing their artistic voice, and providing leadership to bring the dancers together as one professional youth dance company, representing English National Ballet.
ENBYouthCo is delivered by ENB’s Engagement team. You will collaborate with the Engagement team to programme guest creatives that align to ENB’s artistic plans under ENB Artistic Director Designate, Aaron S. Watkin.

This is offered as a contract for services, and you will have freelance, self-employed status. The period of the contract will cover the academic year June 2023-July 2024, and from July 2024-July 2025 by agreement.

- The successful applicant will be** **in attendance for ENBYouthCo auditions for cohort 2023-2024 on** Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 July 2023 at Mulryan Centre for Dance **and for the** **Summer Intensive 31 July to 4 August 2023.
All applicants need to already hold the right to work in the UK.
