Salary - 80K

ONSITE 3 DAYS - Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday

Offices - Central London

TECH BACKGROUND

MUST HAVES:

Strong idea generation

Heaps of experience putting decks together (will be a large part of the role)

Briefing teams / Client facing / pitching / presenting / strong communicator

Someone who can give feedback and wants the best out of everyone and every project

Management experience

Line management (ideal but not essential)

THE CANDIDATE

Someone who is happy working on key accounts -doesn't get 'brand fatigue' and be a bit of a brand guardian for each account

Someone solutions focused balanced with a commercial mindset

Someone interested in growing the team – supporting in challenges –

Pragmatic and calm in high-pressure situations

Skills

· Confident presenting ideas to clients and the ability to hold productive workshops with them

· Understand the full 3D animation pipeline, techniques and executions.

· Proven background directing world class Immersive Experiences.

· Outstanding idea generation and the ability to think outside the bubble.

· Excellent written skills and the ability to articulate a treatment in response to a client brief.

· Ability to communicate to team members to help drive projects forward.

· Able to express your ideas visually to help all other team members understand your vision.

· A comprehensive understanding of relevant technology and the ability to use it creatively.
