**Assistant Head of Business**

We are pleased to be appointing an Assistant Head of Business to work as part of our leadership team. This is an exciting and demanding role and will mean you need to be able to work in an agile manner, working on numerous projects to help take our businessplan forward. You will be expected to work across all aspects of our business including our Consultancy, Auditing, and Training and you will need to have the skills and relevant experience to work in all areas, You will be responsible for undertaking workas well as assisting our Head of Business in driving the business forward. A strong background in safeguarding is essential.

You must hold a professional qualification in Social Work, Health, Youth and Community Work or Education and have experience at a strategic management level. A clean DBS is required. If you are determined to make a difference and influence best practice,if you like working as part of a team, and are passionate about achieving the best outcomes for children we would love to hear from you.
