Join a Central Oxford University department as an Outreach Delivery Resource Assistant. You'll collaborate across various teams, providing essential administrative and project assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- **Responsibilities**:

- Support recruitment efforts for student ambassadors, graduate assistants, and early career researchers.
- Act as the primary contact for program participants, managing administrative processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate casual worker engagement and payroll processes, ensuring compliance with university policies.
- Provide project management support, including updating workflow documents as needed.
- Manage logistics for outreach programs, liaising with internal and external suppliers.
- Handle financial administration tasks, such as processing payment forms and reconciling transactions.
- Assist with general office management duties, including maintaining supplies and equipment.
- Perform data entry and validation tasks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

**Selection Criteria**:

- Experience working with university students in a supervisory capacity and maintaining confidentiality.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Experience of administrative work related to finance, personnel, diary management and other general administration.
- The ability to work flexibly to support the Outreach Delivery Coordinator with communications, project management and technical tasks.
