The team at Billing Aquadrome are looking for a **Touring Park Warden/s **to assist the Park Manager in the operation and upkeep of the touring areas, including the grounds and facility buildings. **This job would be suitable for a couple**
As a Touring Warden, you will be responsible for managing and providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to our visitors. If you have a passion for customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you.
**About Us**:
Billing Aquadrome is in the Nene Valley, in the heart of Northamptonshire. With fantastic facilities, stunning country walks and fully stocked fishing lakes there really is something for everyone.
Welcoming touring caravans, motorhomes and tents, our guests can choose from riverside spots, sheltered areas and spots with stunning views of the surrounding woodlands. Our aim, to deliver the highest standards and very best guest experience to all park visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the overall touring experience for visitors, ensuring their safety and satisfaction
- Working as part of a team to deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the touring area & facility buildings.
- Assisting guests when they check-in and provide assistance where required.
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with seasonal pitch holders.
- To undertake pitch audits, reporting any repairs required or health & safety concerns.
**Skills / Experience Required**:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: From £11.50 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 37.5 per week
