**Digital Learning Creator (maternity cover)**

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Digital Learning Creator, you will create, publish and maintain online workforce development training content for Big Life staff and service users. Using Articulate Storyline (Articulate360) you’ll work collaboratively to develop interactive and visually engaging online training content which is trauma informed, uses strength-based approaches, and promotes person-centered care and cultural awareness.

**What we need from you**
- You know the best methods to train and develop people online.
- You have a great understanding of what training approaches work online.
- You can consistently create and implement training programs to a high standard.
- You can use co-production methods to collaborate with experts, staff, service users, and volunteers.
- You will ensure course material aligns with best practices, current legislation, company-wide curriculum, and CPD quality standards.
- You will locate, investigate, and obtain copyright-free training resources suitable for online distribution within the organisation and to external parties.

**What we will offer you in return**
- An annual salary of £31,364 pro-rata (NJC point 22).
- A part-time (28 hours per week) fixed-term contract until July 2025
- 25 days holiday, and 30 once you've been here five years.
