**The Company**:
- Our client a local housing association are introducing a new role to the team to oversee the process of getting their property stock more energy efficient. Working alongside an energy efficiency manager, this role is to supervise works being carriedout across their stock. _
**Day to Day**:
_Day to day management of repairs on domestic properties _
_Scheduling in work_
_Carrying out inspections before work is completed_
_Management of the process of work, materials and signoffs_
_Dealing with customer complaints_
_People management of direct labour and subcontractors_
**Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)**:
_Experience of supervisor repairs ideally in a social housing setting_
_NVQ in trade relevant to building works_
_Knowledge of CAR and CDM regulations_
_Experience of job costing_
_Working knowledge of H&S_
