Your Core Responsibilities:

- You will oversee design progress, ensuring timely completion, and transforming ideas into reality through meticulous management.
- You will establish and align design programs with clients & design consultants, laying the groundwork for success.
- You will undertake minor design tasks, supporting Contract/Project Managers, and enhancing project delivery.
- You will create, distribute, and track requests for information, ensuring a smooth and streamlined workflow.
- You will directly collaborate with and supervise internal design teams and external consultants, fostering seamless teamwork.
- You will engage with sub-contractors, incorporating valuable design advice, and optimizing project outcomes.
- You will evaluate and critically assess design documentation for compliance, precision, and seamless coordination.
- You will actively participate in design coordination meetings, confidently leading the resolution of design challenges.

Your Credentials & Background:

- In-depth understanding of the design process, with a strong emphasis on effective project management.
- A background of working within the built environment, with a focus on mechanical design.
- Vast experience in mechanical design and coordination, showcasing your seasoned expertise.
- Proven capability to orchestrate diverse design elements, complemented by your adept project management skills.
- A degree in Engineering or a relevant field, or progress towards a recognised qualification.
- Proficiency in 3D modelling and BIM level 2 projects, demonstrating your technical acumen and adept management abilities.
- Familiarity with various project procurement methods, making you an indispensable asset in project success.
- Effective planning, coordination, and prioritization skills, ensuring seamless project operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £55,000.00 per year
