About the Role:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Design Management specialist. As a key member of our construction projects team, you will be responsible for coordinating design processes and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate design activities across multiple projects, ensuring seamless collaboration between team members.
  • Develop and implement design management strategies to improve project efficiency and quality.
  • Work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure accurate cost estimates and budget management.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
