**Admin Support Assistant**
**Roles**
- Plan and organise vehicle availability ensuring maximum vehicle utilisation.
- Ability to manage and implement instructions whilst understanding the needs of the passengers to ensure smooth operation of transport.
- Ensure that all relevant training is adequate and adhered to.
- Arranging servicing and repairs to all fleet vehicles.
- Answering the phone and solving any urgent issues that may occur during the day.
- Communicating with the council regarding contracts.
- General admin that may arise within the office.
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and our internal databases
**Skills**
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good Organisational & Planning Skills.
- Be proficient in Excel / Word and collating accurate data.
- Needs to be flexible due to nature of the business.
- A good communicator, with the ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Have the ability to work effectively as a team.
- Have some geographical knowledge of your local county.

24x7 Ltd is a rapidly growing family run business, who have been providing Home-to-School Transport across the UK for children with Special Educational Needs and vulnerable adults since 2001. The company is responsible for the home to school transport of over 7000 passengers daily all with varying needs.
