**Job Title: Senior Events Manager (Pan EMEA)**

**Location: Shoreditch (Hybrid)**

**Duration: 12 months contract initially**

**The Opportunity**:

- The EMEA Campaign Marketing team for Experience Cloud is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Event Manager to lead and manage our Pan EMEA events, both digital and physical.
- This role will be responsible for creating and managing complex event plans, managing event budgets, overseeing all logístical aspects of the events, managing external vendors, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure the events' success.

**What you’ll do / Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and execute large Pan EMEA events, both virtual and in-person, to support the company's marketing and business objectives.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring that all events are delivered on time and within budget.
- Manage external vendors, such as event production companies, catering, transportation, and audio/visual vendors.
- Oversee all logístical aspects of the events, including venue selection, registration, attendee communication, speaker management, and onsite execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and vendors.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to ensure that events are aligned with business objectives and are integrated with broader marketing campaigns.
- Lead post-event analysis and debrief, assessing event effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.

**What you need to succeed / Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in event management, preferably in a B2B software or technology company.
- Proven track record of planning and executing successful events, both digital and physical, in multiple geographies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience managing budgets and negotiating contracts with external vendors.
- Experience working with event technology platforms and tools, such as virtual event platforms, registration systems, and mobile apps.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to track event metrics and measure effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

The role may require travel within the Pan EMEA region, and occasional travel outside of the region may be required.
