Our client are an award winning building and civil engineering company, who cover an array of construction services across Scotland. They currently have a requirement for a Project Co-ordinator to work in their passive-house timber panel division, which produce bespoke kits for residential, commercial and industrial clients.

Previous experience of SIPS is advantageous however not essential as full training will be delivered, Suitable experience within a Construction environment however is essential. Experience of Timber Kit/Timber Frame would also be considered for the role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Programming of design and manufacture process
- Obtaining engineer fee proposals and arrange appointment
- Co-ordinate architect & engineer drawings and information to meet programme
- Co-ordinate internal departments to ensure programme dates are met.
- Processing of supplier orders and ensuring delivery dates are met.
- Liaison with client during design and manufacture stage.
- Assist with the development of the SIPs design during pre-manufacture stage

This is an extremely Customer Facing role working on high end and high quality projects, an extreme attention to detail is required for the position. An ability to work individually as well as a Team and act on initiative would be required as well as the upmost enthusiasm & organisational skills & would suit someone who is or has also been an office manager or has similar background or experience.
