**Job Title**: IT Officer

**Department**: Operations

**Salary**: Up to £35,000 (based on experience)

**Hours**: Full-time (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm), with occasional out-of-hours support of international staff.

**Job Purpose**:
The IT Officer is responsible for the management and maintenance of the federation’s IT systems and support of the federation’s global staff.

The role requires management of co-ordination of digital projects and third-party contractors.

**Main Deliverables**:

- Provide IT Support to all World Curling staff
- Co-ordinate all IT activities in the World Curling Head Office in Perth, Scotland
- Staff technology training
- Manage the federation’s cloud architecture
- Manage relationships with the federation’s digital partners
- Project lead the development and support of the federation’s web based platforms
- Software license management
- Maintain Disaster Recovery strategy
- Manage the federation’s cyber security
- Develop and maintain IT Procedures
- Manage technology usage to integrate the federation’s technical and business requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Windows and MacOS
- Knowledge of Apple and Android phones and tablets
- Experience of managing Microsoft Enterprise 365 environments
- Understanding of cyber security and policy creation
- Experience of WordPress support
- Understanding of AWS architecture
- Understanding of Data Protection rules and restrictions
- Passion for sport

**Application Process**:
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
