**The Background**

We are recruiting for a HSEQ and Estates Manager to join a large public sector on a permanent basis. In this role you will drive and define the clients health and safety, quality, sustainability, security and estates strategies.

**The Role**

As the HSEQ and Estates Manager you will define and maintain the rolling 5 to 10 year strategies which will include providing updates and presentations regarding progress and that plans are updated correctly as to not be effected by any changes in legislationor to manage risk. In this role you will work with various stakeholders to review the effectiveness of the HSEQ and estates strategies as well as ensuring value for money when prioritising improvements and identifying potential cost saving opportunities.

You

**To be a successful HSEQ and Estates Manager you will have**:

- Previous experience in a similar role where have managed strategy relating to Safety, Quality and Estates
- Project Management knowledge of a diverse range of construction projects
- A degree or equivalent within relevant safety / construction environments
