Kolt Recruitment are looking for a talented and experienced Reception Administrator to join this leading boat manufacturer based in Christchurch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody looking to gain entry within a professional organisation or to bring their skill sets into anew environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Working directly with the Managing directors PA and sales administrator to ensure smooth running of a busy reception and office
- Being the face of the business and the first point of contact for Clients and visitors requiring a professional and friendly manner, ensuring all are made to feel welcome.
- Promote a positive, professional, and corporate image by maintaining excellent standards in presentation and communication
- Responsible for greeting all visitors
- Taking pride in reception area and surrounding office presentation
