HR Staff Admin Assistant in Upbeat Fun Office

Due to continued growth, AGI Asset Capital are now looking for an Admin Assistant to join the staff management team. Our fun upbeat office provides a busy and energetic work environment all our team have a can do attitude.

The role involves assisting the current team with the onboarding process of new team members, and the management of world wide luxury real estate opportunities. AGI operate in Dubai and the UK and are growing a dedicated motivated team on a world wide stage.

Our style is not for everyone. If you are looking for a dusty old office environment where you clock watch all day with no career progression and dread Mondays, this is not for you. Easily offended ? again not for you. This is an upbeat sales office closing high end deals with team members who are hungry for money. We work 9 - 5 in the office but have a work never stops attitude, if there is a deal to be had or a team member needs support its important that the team rally to support however that may look and what ever the time.

This is an entry level role on a fixed basic wage but be under no illusion, we always look to progress from within and team members that show their worth are rewarded. If you want to turn off your phone at 5pm on a Friday and not think about work until Monday, the role is not for you, if your available no matter what to support the company and like the idea of business trips to celebrate success with the team in Dubai, you may be what we are looking for.
