I-Fulfilment is a leading online integrated fulfilment and associated solutions business under-pinned by our own proprietary fulfilment system (Blade). Our headquarters are in Christchurch, Dorset and we also have operations in the USA and Europe.

We are looking for an **HR Advisor** to join our business. You will be responsible for providing generalist advice to employees and managers as well as a range of other tasks including keeping appraised of employment law, policies and procedures and responding to system enquiries/tasks. Your remit will be broad, including managing employee relationships, working closely with managers across the business, conducting grievance, disciplinary and capability investigations, absence management, HR KPI tracking and supporting recruitment.

**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Advising employees and managers on various terms and conditions of employment.
- Delivering end to end onboarding for new joiners in the business.
- Employee relations case work such as sickness & absence management, capability management, flexible working, disciplinary and grievances.
- Driving continuous development and improvement within your own areas of responsibility and yourself.
- Taking a proactive and commercial approach to risk management, ensuring risks and issues are identified, addressed and reported and, where appropriate, escalated.
- Working with the Learning & Development function to ensure training is delivered to all staff in a timely manner
- Develop employee relations by supporting managers/employees. Act as HR Coach for line managers to support them through people management & HR issues.
- Advice and assist on all employee relation meetings and compile, write and issue all employee relations correspondence and documentation.
- With a proven track record in an HR role in a manufacturing or logistics environment, you will be ideally CIPD qualified (Level 3 minimum) or equivalent
- You possess excellent communication skills, are highly organised, proactive and a self starter.
- You are highly curious & resilient; a self-starter, with a proactive, dynamic approach.
- You are a brilliant relationship builder, coach and advisor, willing to challenge the status quo.
- You have strong personal impact; you connect with confidence and credibility across small or larger audiences.

**Salary and Benefits**:

- Up to £32,000 depending on experience
- Pension contribution to Nest (on the basis do not opt out)

**Hours**:
Full time - 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 am -5.30 pm, with an hour lunch
