SF Recruitment are looking for four temporary HR Administrators to join a key client of ours based in Ripley to help support an exciting ongoing recruitment project. This will be a 6 month temporary assignment, however after 6 months, our client is opento extending or keeping people on a permanent basis. Our client requires people who have strong administration experience with a good customer service focused background. Our client offers flexible working working hours and the opportunity for hybrid workingafter a training period.
Typical duties will include
- Provide an effective, quality transactional service across the areas of recruitment, training, and post-employment as required.
- Contribute to a flexible and resilient service by developing proficiency in multiple disciplines within the transactional service centre.
- Resolve customer enquiries and requests for service support.
- Contribute to reports and statistics through maintenance of accurate information and data records.
- Take personal responsibility for prioritising workloads in accordance with agreed deadlines and delivery standards.
- Prepare, collate, and record information across HR, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data within all areas of responsibility.
