**EMPLOYEE RELATIONS PARTNER**

An prestigious world renowned tech company is looking for a Employee Relations Partner to join the team on a temporary 6-month basis

**EMPLOYEE RELATIONS PARTNER ROLE**:

- Serving as a primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, fostering positive relationships between employees and the organization, investigating and resolving issues related to performance, behaviour, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees
- Mediating and facilitating discussions between employees and management to address conflicts and disputes
- Staying updated on employment laws, regulations, and company policies to provide accurate guidance and ensure adherence
- Partnering with HR Business Partners, managers, and other stakeholders to provide expert advice on employee relations matters
- Conducting thorough and impartial investigations into employee complaints, allegations, and incidents, preparing comprehensive reports and recommendations based on findings, contributing to informed decision-making and appropriate actions
- Developing and delivering training programs for managers and employees on various employee relations topics, promoting awareness and understanding of company policies, procedures, and best practices

**EMPLOYEE RELATIONS PARTNER ESSENTIALS**:

- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations or a related HR function
- Strong general HR and policy experience
- Experience with G-Suite products
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
