Administration Assistant

**Job description**
Kilts 4 U requires a Administration Assistant to work in our Head Office in Hillington. As a high-end retailer and a key provider of Grooms wear within the Scottish Wedding Industry, we are looking for someone with excellent system based administration skills to be part of our warehouse purchasing team.
**THE ROLE**
As a Administration Assistant, you’ll play a supporting role to the smooth running of our purchasing department. You will be based behind the scenes of our busiest store switching from Ecommerce,Online bespoke purchasing and our hire range systems. You must have enthusiasm to help find solutions as part of a team working together in line with our customer moto, 'whatever it takes, we'll make it happen'.
**IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Must be articulate and a strong communicator with the ability to work alongside colleagues within various areas of the business.
- Communicate with other stores.
- Organised and proactive
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Highly self-motivated and can adapt to change.
- Prioritising workload in order of importance.
- Wiling to grow their knowledge and skill set further.
- Honest and reliable.
**You will be responsible for but not limited to the following**:
- Switching between systems & database as required.
- Forward customers orders from our Ecommerce site to purchasing team.
- Analyse highland dress hire requests.
- Interpret customer requirements.
- Maintain customer correspondence records and associated data.
- Input required data with accuracy.
- Data protection of all customers correspondence.
- Stock management system.
- Stock movement/ analysis system.
- Refer any customer service related issues to management.
- Maintain stationary levels.
- Carrying out additional duties as and when required.
