**This is a newly-created role to provide additional administration support to our growing team and as such hours can be flexible to an extent, initially 2-4 hours, 2-3 days per week, with the capacity to increase. Some evening/weekend time could also be possible.**
**The role is hybrid based predominantly from home (after initial training) with a small requirement to be office-based in Spaldwick, six miles west of Huntingdon.** **Spaldwick is a village location, as such your own transport would be essential.**
This role may have the potential to progress to a Recruitment Consultant position with appropriate training and experience but this is not an essential ambition.

**Key duties associated with the role will include**:
- Taking up employment referencing.
- CV preparation.
- Document management, including at times confidential data.
- Office-based hands-on administration tasks; printing, scanning, outgoing post.
**Person requirements**:
- To be proactive while being able to effectively manage workload and adapt to a sometimes rapidly-changing environment - for which a sense of humour can be an asset.
- To have a high level of written and spoken English including via telephone/video.
- A good level of computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Outlook, Word and some experience with Teams.
