**About Our Client**:
This Fleet Sales Support Administrator role is based in Cambridgeshire on a hybrid very flexible working pattern and is a great opportunity for someone with a sales administration background to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of sales professionals in the Automotive sector and make a real impact on the company's bottom line.

**Fleet Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities**
- Proactively manage all inbound and outbound sales enquiries
- Liaise with Project & Engineering Managers and Fleet Support Desk
- Build long-term client relationships
- Input and manage data within CRM system
- Identify and secure new business
- Validate fleet project lists
- Support sales function of the business

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Fleet Sales Support Administrator experience and characteristics;**
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales / sales support role
- Great attention to detail and organisation skills to manage a sales pipeline on behalf of the team, logging new orders and assisting with key client queries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and a keen eye for detail
- Windows Based Computer and MS Office literate
