Chinese Speaking Telesales

Working from home, we are looking to recruit a Telesales Operative (part time), to join our Food Distribution Company based in Suffolk. You will be responsible for various telesales and other administration tasks. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
- **Hours of work**_**: _8:00pm to 11:00pm - 4 days a week (Sun, Mon, Weds & Thurs)_

Working from home, you will be responsible for:

- Taking customer orders
- Meeting sales targets by increasing current sales
- Processing orders through our software system
- Assisting with customer queries
- Cold calling to generate new sales opportunities
- Providing holiday cover for other telesales team members
- Must have a professional and clear telephone manner
- Must speak Cantonese or Mandarin, with the ability to communicate well in English
- I.T. literate
- Must be flexible, and have a strong work ethic
- Target driven
- Have experience in a similar role

**Salary**: £600 per month

**Location**: Ideally you will be based within our distribution region - East Anglia, Essex or Cambridgeshire.
