**Job Summary**

We’re creating a brand new inhouse Clinical Talent Acquisition function which will be the best in its class with a culture where team and individual performance is recognised and rewarded. We’ll be developing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle fromour employer brand proposition, attraction strategy, selection tools, our processes and how we work with our customers.

This role will be home based with travel as and when required.

**Essential Job Duties**

Essential job duties;
- Manage the team inboxes and phone lines, responding to queries and delivering a customer focused service
- Work with the wider HR and operational teams to ensure new starters complete all pre boarding activity and are allocated the correct training seats and induction

**Education and Experience Requirements**

We’re looking for a customer focused administrator who is passionate about delivering a world class recruitment experience. You’ll need to demonstrate previous success in an administration role, delivering a customer focused service ideally in an SLA andKPI environment.

An understanding of recruitment would be ideal but more importantly you’ll be organised, have the ability to multitask and be tech savvy.

We’re looking for a Coordinator who has a collaborative and inclusive approach with the ability to build strong relationships, you’ll hold yourself and others to account and have the flexibility to adapt and change in the constantly evolving world of recruitment.

You’ll need to be comfortable being based from home and working in a remote environment.
