**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors and clients.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, sorting mail, and filing documents.
- Keep track of office supplies and order new supplies when needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,950.00-£22,220.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Free parking

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Solihull, B91 3QG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: In person
