Our client Inscyte Limited is a specialist Private Finance Initiative and asset management consultancy that provides direct services in support of public sector provider organisations such as NHS or Local Authorities as well as those engaged in delivering public facing services that work for communities. Since their launch in 2007, Inscyte’s team has supported over 30 of those public facing organisations delivering millions of pounds savings, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of their clients’ operations.
**Project Support Coordinator**, the role:
- Maintaining Project and Commission documentation
- Managing data analysis coordination and interrogation
- Ensuring reports are timely managed and that contractors’ data is submitted in line with the contracts and clients’ needs
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Recording activity data
**Project Support Coordinator**, the person:
- Previous experience in contract administration and project coordination (facilities management and/or estates maintenance environment would be advantageous)
- Familiar with Educational, Health or Social Care sectors
- An understanding of customer support role related to an estates or maintenance operations
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Good IT skills and proficiency with MS Office Applications and MS Excel is required, with ability to present spreadsheet information including numerical data
- Team player with great interpersonal expertise and ability to adapt to different types of personalities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working to tight deadlines
- Experience working in a public sector, PFI or asset management environment would be advantageous
