- This is an exciting opportunity within Outpatient Services, Ambulatory Care Division based at the NHS Treatment Centre for Front Of House - Main reception and Switchboard. The Receptionists core working hours are Monday to Friday between 7am - 7pm with the occasional Saturday on a rolling rota basis. You will have excellent customer service skills and be committed to providing a first class service.

Working as part of the Outpatient team you will be responsible for greeting all patients and visitors into the Treatment Centre building, dealing with all enquiries while maintaining patient confidentiality. Dealing with calls through the Treatment centre main switchboard. Using Careflow, and other relevant booking systems relating to the job role, accurately and efficiently. You’ll have excellent communication skills and will deal appropriately with enquires both by telephone and in person.

- Experience of Microsoft packages

- To possess 5 GCSE A-C passes including English and Maths or equivalent

**Salary**: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
