**Working hours**:37.5 hours per week (7:45 am
- 4:15 pm), Term Time (39 weeks) plus 2 weeks
**Reporting to**:Office Manager/PA to the Principal
**Overall Job Purpose**:
**Reprographics Department**
To be responsible for the management, development and organisation and promotion of the Reprographics Department in order to effectively support the teaching and learning provision for all students and to effectively promote the school as a first class educational institution. Specifically the task is to create a digital environment that promotes the intelligent use of ICT and Media enhancements.
**Reception/Admin**
Acting as front of house Receptionist on both sites to cover lunch duties and staff absence. Provide general admin support when required.
**Background** **Information/Relationships**:
The post holder will be required to maintain a close working relationship with the Office Manager, Cluster Business Manager, and the Principal. The post holder will have frequent contact with students, parents and staff.

**Role Responsibilities**:
**Reprographics Department**
- To be responsible for the smooth running of the Reprographics Department on a day
- to-day basis, including an effective bulk photocopy and printing services to all members of staff
- To be responsible for ensuring equipment in the Reprographics Department is deployed and working satisfactorily
- To be responsible for supporting the acquisition of reprographics equipment including the researching and subsequent commissioning
- To lead on ordering paper/card supplies for whole school usage
- To liaise with external agencies to organise repairs as required for all reprographics equipment across both sites
- To offer support and assistance in the day-to-day matters relating to the school’s reprographics service
- To support in ensuring the school’s website is fresh, inviting, up to date and always meets statutory requirements, as required working in conjunction with the Marketing Department
- To support with the publication of the Principal’s weekly staff bulletin and parent newsletter
- To support on the production of films and taking photographs to be used within the school’s marketing for internal and external stakeholders with the Principal and Office Manager
- To support with the taking of photographs of students and staff, following strict guidelines at all time
- Monitor and manage paper/card/ reprographics equipment stock levels within an agreed budget, cataloguing resources and undertaking audits as required
- Ensure the reprographics room is well maintained and appropriately stocked
- Monitor and arrange collection of used toners and resources
**Reception/Administration Tasks**
- Undertaking Reception duties on both sites
- Ensure safeguarding procedures are followed for all visitors
- Ensure that queries are dealt with effectively
- Provide general clerical/admin support e.g. filing, completing standard forms, respond to routine correspondence when required
- Support with the maintenance of manual and computerised records/MIS system
- Produce lists/information/data as required
- Attend and participate in relevant staff meetings as required
**In relation to the School**
- To train and assist as a First Aider
- To assist as a Mealtime supervisor when required
- To present the school in a positive manner at all times
- To perform any other duties in line with the level of responsibility of the post at the direction of the Office Manager
- In dealing with members of the school’s community to be mindful, at all times, of the school’s policies
**Performance Development**
- To take part in the school’s staff development programme by participating in arrangements for further training and professional development
- To continue personal development in the relevant areas
- To actively engage in the Performance Management Review process
