**Specialist Mental Health Practitioner - Band 7, Cambridge**

Opportunity available for a Specialist Mental Health Practitioner to work within Norfolk & Waveney Children and Young People's Health Service, Based in Cambridge

The team sits within the Just One Number team based in Cringleford with the role predominately safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. As part of this role you will be providing a high level of clinical expertise to allow the triaging and accessing of mental health referrals for children, adolescents, and young people (0-25) for Norfolk & Waveney Children and Young People's Health Services at the Single Point of Access - Just One Number (JON). You will be able demonstrate safe clinical decision-making and expert advice, guidance, and support to people with mental health care needs via telephone and other forms of digital technology. You will also he be able to demonstrate critical thinking in the clinical decision making process and work with partner agencies to ensure children and young people receive the right care.

This role will be commencing to start in March and will be working full time, 37.5 hours per week.

The hourly rate for this role is: £29.00 Per Hour

We offer a £250 sign up bonus for any new nurses that register with our agency. This will be paid in your first pay packet. Please also bear in mind our £250 referral fee bonus for any nurse you refer who we place in to work on a 3 month contract.
