Excellent opportunity for a fluent German Speaker, to join a rapidly expanding, international organisation as a Customer Service Team Leader.

WEX Europe is a leading provider of business-to-business payment solutions and has an exciting opportunity for a talented, fluent, German speaking Team Leader to join our team.

The Customer Service Team Leader will be UK based, with a good mix of Hybrid / Office work, where you will have the pleasure of meeting the teams in both our Manchester Head office and Berlin office.

**Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Team Leader (German Speaker)**:

- Leadership and management of a team of Customer Advisors
- Working as part of the Customer Service management team
- Accountable for daily audits on previous day’s completed workload
- Attend morning meeting and provide a full overview of your previous days performance
- Complete Monthly reviews for every member of your team setting SMART goals
- Complete fortnightly coaching sessions per person within your team
- Complete HR activity such as return to work interviews, absence + lateness
- Onboard new starters including contact prior to start date
- Daily buzz sessions with your team
- Manage and resolve Customer escalations and complaints
- Review Telephony reporting to ensure team adhere to Company standards
- Strong focus on team development, through mentoring

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Fluent in German
- Able to manage several activities and maintain a consistent level of performance
- Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team to successfully complete daily workload
- Strong communication skills written & verbal
- Customer facing systems expertise & technical specialists
- Excellent PC skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Focus on improving customer service & satisfaction
- Self-motivated, organized and can work on own initiative
- Works well under pressure and remain calm during busy period
